Hello! Thank you so much for visiting The Paper Blog. I’m quite the reader and avid reviewer. I’m a huge fan of horror, fantasy, and nonfiction and have experience with reviews for literature in a professional setting for my university. I post my reviews to Goodreads/Netgalley and my blog and promote them through Instagram and Twitter. I write reviews, tbr’s, monthly wrapups, and more. The blog is new, as is my other socials. Engagement ratio is high, and I get about 4-15 new follower’s a day. I review on here, Goodreads, Bookbub, Barnes and Noble, and Apple Books. My reviews are always longer than four paragraphs, and I review 90% of the books I receive. If you are a NEW author, and I give you under 3 stars - I will not post my review, I will simply email it to you privately. 

I do NOT accept any payment for any of the reviews I write, and I do not guarantee good reviews. If you send me an ARC, it is fair game. I retain every right to say whatever I want about it. Even in my negative reviews, I offer only constructive criticism and never cross the line into cruelty. I am here to help you succeed, not tear you down.

I will post these reviews on my blog, Amazon, and Goodreads. If you have another place you want me to post or don't want Amazon or Goodreads, please email me.


Sending ARCs

 HOWEVER, unless through mediator websites like Netgalley or Booksirens, I require physical copies if you are requesting. As I have way too many ebooks and review requests to respond to all. 

If there are any specific questions you want to be answered in the review, please include them in an email! Also let me know if you have a required date for the review.

When requesting a book review, please include the following:
  • An email address where you can be reached
  • The title of the book
  • A book synopsis or a Goodreads link to the book page
  • The book's publication date
  • Any information that I might need before I review the book 
  • Any additional expectations/desires that you have (for example, if a giveaway for my followers is involved, etc.)
What To Expect in my Reviews
  • Title, Author, Summary, Date of Publication.
  • Links to purchase the book online
  • At least 4 paragraphs detailing my thoughts and opinions about the characters, plot, and overall feelings about the book.
  • Cross promotion on all my medias (if you get featured on my blog)
  • If the publisher/author is willing to provide prizes, I can also host giveaways for a book that I reviewed or spotlighted on my blog.
  • DID NOT FINISH COPIES
